I bought my HyperX headset from hyperx.com, and I’ve been using it wired for gaming most nights. For me, it’s been super straightforward, no random disconnects, no weird lag, just plug it in and play. The cable feels solid enough too. that’s all I was looking for, so I’m giving it 5 stars

Everything seemed fine overall, but that lack of communication after payment made me a little distrustful.

Sound quality was fine tbh, but the headset itself feels cheap. The plastic creaks a lot, one ear cup started getting loose after just a few weeks, and now the cable doesn’t even sit tight anymore. For the price, I def expected better build quality

The latency feels really low. I’m not saying they’ve been hiding some secret sauce from everyone, but it kind of feels like they finally flipped the right switch. Everything responds fast and smooth, and I definitely noticed the difference.
